Is mothers day and fathers day just a made up holiday to get card sells industrys booming?
why do mothers get thier own holiday? And then fathers? At roncalli we even celebrate grandparents day? why! why do adults and elders get thier own holiday? Why dont kids get ther own holiday also?

I mean everyone get thier own birthday, and a half birthday. But just a special day for mothers and fathers, i mean, come on.. its a little rediculous. Dont get me wrong i love my mom and my daddy but to gve everyones mother and father thier own holiday is just.. wow.

why is thier even a groundhogs day? what is a grounhod anyways?

Upon arriving in New Zeland, Justin's fans stole his hat and knocked down his mom at the airport! She was trampled on my screaming girls, in a croud of about 500. Justin then postsed a Twitter mssage saying "please tone your exciement down a knotch!" Just two days after Justin arrives in Sydney and at least 8 teen girls were injured, and a croud of 5,000 got widely out of control. Is this to much? and maybe even border line creepy?
I thinkthis is crazy! who would want to trample his mom? or any mom! at that. I believe she was okay, the article didnt say. I dont think the twitter post helped calm down the croud of teens. They need better security, and more poice officers presant. I also think that they should carry tezers and use them if necessary. Guns are a tad bit to dangerous in this situation, but tazers should be present.

iu students arrested for drugs

Six arrested, nearly $10K seized in drug raid near IU campus.

Police say they recovered LSD, marijuana and nearly $10,000 in cash when they raided a home near the Indiana University campus. Six people are facing charges in the case.Officers say they seized $9,540, approximately two pounds of marijuana and several sheets of LSD.
Police say Neema Jafari, Mitchell Kotlarski and Shadi Khoury all lived at the home and face multiple charges for drug possession and maintaining a common nuisance. Police say the three claimed to be IU students.

I dont even know what to say to this. I think its crazy how much money they had in that house and also with that much drugs. Kids need to stay busy that way they dont get into drugs and whind up like these students. Im sure jail time isnt the only thinhg there going to face. I wonder What I.U is going to do with these students as well. Im sure the college isnt happy at all.

Retention Ponds

5 year old dies in retention pond.

This article is about a young girl who was found face down in a retention pond. Thier has been all kinds of news about kids drowning and kids driving drunk into them and drowning also. Chesney Allen was at her friends house when she was tlkd to leave the friends house. Chesney then left the home BY HER SELF and was then later pulled out of a retention pond. A candle lighting was light by where she died.

I think this is realy sad. I also think somebody needs to do something about it. Kids are drowning and something needs to be done. I also think small children need to be watched and not left alone. When you leave them alone bad things could happen. Thier needs to be gates or fences to protect small chidren and cars from entering the ponds and i believe it would prevent some of the accadental drownings.

MAN ARRESTED FOR KILLING TEEN BURGLAR.

This artical is about a man who thought he was doing the right thing, by shooting the TEENAGER who was breakng into his car. He shot the YOUNG CHILD IN THE BACK AND KILLED HIM. After the man shot LEVI in the back , Levi then went to go get some help a block away and died on some mans porch. The man is being charged for volentary man slaughter.


Levi was my friend and its horrible reading this on the internet. The way the people had written this artical just sounded so cold, like thier wasnt any feeling or anything it was just all words written to get the job done. The artical DOES NOT even have any of the facts right. Yes Levi was breaking nto a car, but what it doesnt say is that the man who shot Levi threatened to call the police if he didnt drop the stollen goods. Levi did drop the stero and took off running, but the man still shot him.
Why would anyone shoot someone if they dropped your stuff anyways let alone? Levi was 17 years old, and this man is being charged with voletary man slaughter? This man should be charged with murder. He MURDERED Levi.He will probally only go to jail for about 8 years but really only serve 4. Thats not fair, this was no accadent, Levi didnt deserve to die. NOBODY deserves to die the way Levi did. He was a good kid, but made wrong choices.

I hope the man who did this goes away for a long time,

polish president

This article is about the tragic news that the polish people got over the weekend. The Polish president and his wife and a bunch of very importnant people to the government died in a plane crash. the article explanes that people were mourning Sunday, and many attending church services to mark the loss of President Lech Kaczynski and many of the country's elite in a plane crash in Russia. Also there where large sections of the street were blocked to traffic to allow the flow of people expressing their grief.
Many carried candles and roses and joined a long line to sign a book of condolences in the palace.
Children also placed simple drawings and messages of mourning.

I think that this is very sad and tragic. I cant imagne who the polish people feel. If our president died im sure it would be just mad chaos. I dont really know much about the polis government but im sure theyre will be new elections to find a new president. But with this i know that it will be hard for people to recover from this tragic loss and new changes will occur. It will be hard for the peole to get used to , but in time it will all work out.

A true pizza delevery boy..

In New York city, it was just an ordinay day for Assami Semede. Assami is 19 and has only been in the U.S. for only 6 months. His boss described him has a quite, nice and respectable guy, not one to be a fighter. As Assami was making his usual rout he was being harrassed by two guys. The two guys kept yelling at Assami to et them have a slice of the pizza. Assami said no and things got violent. He eventually fought them off and still managed to delever the pizza.

I think hes crazy! If somebody was attacking me for piza i ould just let them have it. That is one kid who is determined and appriciates his jod. He sounds like a hard worker!
